Business Analysts x 2 - Dudley, West Midlands -
Our West Midlands based client requires two Business Analysts. You will be working within the Strategic Change Function, working within a team of project managers and business analysts.
The team is responsible for the delivery of systems, processes and training of staff to allow significant benefits to be released, and, in general, to be seen as an enabler of change within the business.
The Business Analyst role helps to ensure that the IT systems and infrastructure are appropriate for the business, and that the business processes are improved or are appropriate to achieve efficiencies.
It is essential that you demonstrate via your application that you have:
·Proven experience of large scale systems; based project delivery, including those involving third parties
·A demonstrable appreciation of, and experience of, business analysis techniques
·Well developed PC literacy
·Experience of report writing
·Well developed communication, organisation and influencing skills
·Practical experience in the use of programme and project methodologies
·An ability to identify, articulate, and resolve complex project issues and dependencies
·A desire to drive out and deliver significant business benefits
·The ability to convert an agreed strategy into a defined set of business objectives
·A desire to succeed, often in difficult circumstances
Applicants should ideally be qualified to HND or Degree level in a business or IT related subject area, and either possess, or be willing to work towards, a professional business analysis qualification.
